For a lot of sports fans, horse racing betting, football betting tips and the college football betting guide is all you can think about right now, but those who follow hockey know this is the money-making time of the year. It's the playoffs! We've got some great series on the go and in the Eastern Conference, we're going to find out if the Montreal Canadiens can take out their second juggernaut this postseason.
Game 7: Montreal Canadiens @ Pittsburgh Penguins Sports Lines Odds: Penguins -250
The Canadiens have already been to one Game 7 this postseason when they knocked out the Washington Capitals in the first round. Could they possibly win two Game 7's on the road this playoffs?
The big key is goaltending and they clearly have it with Jaroslav Halak. Halak gives them the confidence that they can win in any game and the Penguins simply can't say the same for Marc-Andre Fleury. One game he stands on his head and another he lets them down.
At this point, it's hard to bet the Canadiens in this spot but given the value, we'll take a shot.
Game 7 Pick: Canadiens +200 |
